Alex Hunt, Estimator
Alex was born and raised in California and graduated from NAU with a bachelor’s in marketing and an M.B.A. Alex has always been interested in business and sales, no doubt a trait inherited from his numismatist father. He found his way into the industry 4 years ago and is looking towards the future. In his spare time Alex always finds a way to stay busy, whether it be; travel, fishing, hiking, and even skydiving, he is always looking for his next adventure. His future goal is to one day own and operate his own brewery.
Aubri Lansiquot, Controller
Aubri, an Arizona native, was introduced into the flooring industry over 10 years ago. In her free time she enjoys drawing, biking, and being outdoors.
Nicole Reddin, Business Development
Nicole moved from Chicago to get her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University. Her background includes many years in Hospitality Design working for Troon Golf in their Development Department, and Fox Restaurant Concepts in both Development and Facilities. She currently serves on the executive board with Arizona Assistance in Healthcare as Vice President. Nicole loves to spend time with her family, travel, and trying new restaurants.

Alex De La Torre, Senior Superintendent
Alex was born in Los Angeles CA and moved to AZ in 1988. He began installing residential and commercial flooring in 1990. After working for a family member installing flooring, he decided to become self employed as a subcontractor in the flooring industry. He did this for 15 years. After receiving an opportunity to become a superintendent for one of the valleys top flooring companies where he worked for 5 years, Alex is now using all of his flooring knowledge to ensure quality in commercial and residential installations.

Mitch Hull, Sales and Showroom Assistant
Mitch graduated from Scottsdale Community College with a degree in Interior Design. He grew up in the industry and has built a portfolio for home staging, remodeling and design. Working with AutoCAD, his elevations and floorplan are valuable to clients needing design assistance on their upcoming projects.
Doug Wingerning, Outside Sales
Doug is a native Arizonan and graduated from ASU in 1985. He has been in the flooring business for over 25 years and has been with Clayton since its inception in 2006. Doug loves to travel with his fiancé and spending time with his teenage daughter.
Trish Harris, Senior Commercial Project Manager
Trish is home with the Clayton team, extending her career in flooring for over 20 years. She has worked in all aspects of commercial flooring including installation, co-ordination, service & maintenance and finally finding her fit with the challenge and variety of Project Management. She has lived throughout the United States before finally coming back home to her native state of Arizona in 1992. Outside the office, she enjoys whitewater rafting, scuba diving and traveling. "Problem solving and high customer satisfaction is the highlight of what I do".
Jon Little, Commercial Project Manager
Jon was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA and moved to Arizona in 1995. He began working in commercial flooring in 1998. Jon is married with three beautiful children. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with his family.
Cale Clayton, Owner / Founder
Cale was born in Iowa and moved with his family to Tucson, AZ. He moved to Tempe where he received his Bachelors degree at Arizona State University. Cale has over 30 years experience in the flooring industry. Cale has been an active member of the Thunderbird Organization, a Phoenix based civic organization that has raised over $100 million for local charities.

Patty Ruiz, Residential Project Manager
Patty's 20 year career in flooring spans all aspects of the industry: showroom coordinator, accounting, order desk, inventory, purchasing, credit and project management. She found a permanent home base at Clayton in February of 2022, and enjoys the family friendly atmosphere. Native born and raised, Patty is a South Mountain Community College Cougar and an all around superwoman. In her free time, she loves watching movies with the family.
Mark Allred, Estimator
Chicago Native, Mark has lived in the valley for over 7 years. He has worked with both small and large flooring companies for over 12 years in residential and commercial settings. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time w/ his family, volleyball, golfing and anything that involves the outdoors.
Steve Whitehead, Business Development
Steve was born and raised in Arizona. He graduated from Brophy College Prep in Phoenix and earned a degree in Political Science from Arizona State University. He was a commercial real estate broker in Phoenix with Lee & Associates for 20 years. Steve joined the Clayton team to help develop and grow the commercial division. He brings 20 years of relationships with construction contractors, owners, developers, property managers and architects. Steve has been a member of the Executive Council of the Boys and Girls Club and is a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds. He is married and has three children, he is an avid Fly Fisherman and enjoys all sports.
